ABOUT HUDSON & VISION WORK STUDIO

Vision Work Studio was founded over 10 years ago in Boston, Massachusetts by Hudson Nummerdor. In 2007, Hudson moved the company to Milwaukee, WI (though many Boston clients continue to rely on him for their regular design needs).

Hudson got his start with editorial design while attending college at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Back in the days of hot wax and paper paste-up, he worked on two different Institute publications, learning the ropes of editorial design. After graduating from MIT, Hudson designed for a monthly non-profit magazine in Boston; he started in the display advertising department and in a few years worked his way up to editorial design director. Out of this experience, he began accumulating more and more clients through word-of-mouth, and eventually was producing all types of design materials for numerous clients in Boston.

Hudson moved his business to Milwaukee, Wisconsin due to his love of good cheese, the countryside, and the Great Lakes (as well as his original roots, having been raised in Wisconsin). He enjoys serving clients on the shores of Lake Michigan as well as the Atlantic Ocean.
